VU-Internet > OICE > Community > Community Awards Community AwardsVU’s Ms Jennie Swain received a World Summit Award for her project ‘Underworld’ (a sex education CD for teenagers), which was recognised as one of the five most outstanding products in the e-Health category. The award is made by the United Nations World Summit on the Information Society, and recognises the world’s best e-contents and multimedia projects focusing on cultural identity and diversity. Ms Swain manages VU’s Spotlight Performance Project, a community training initiative involving Horn of African communities and western suburban community organisations.
